A conclus\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sujeita \u00e0 an\u00e1lise e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores competentes. <\/p>\n\n<p>A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia na regi\u00e3o Sudeste e amplia sua capacidade de oferecer energia segura e flex\u00edvel ao mercado. Considerada uma das usinas termel\u00e9tricas mais eficientes do Brasil, a Norte Fluminense opera em ciclo combinado a g\u00e1s natural proveniente da Bacia de Campos, com tr\u00eas turbinas a g\u00e1s e uma a vapor, totalizando 827 megawatts (MW) de pot\u00eancia. <\/p>\n\n<p>The acquisition also includes the Norte Fluminense 2 project, which provides for the construction of a new plant of approximately 1,800 MW \u2013 equivalent to 19% of the electrical capacity currently installed in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
