La propuesta presentada a los accionistas refleja la plataforma global de JBS y allana el camino para desbloquear el valor de las acciones de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, JBS presenta una propuesta de valor transformadora para los accionistas y el mercado. La doble cotizaci\u00f3n crear\u00e1 las condiciones para la valoraci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ampliar\u00e1 su capacidad para financiar su crecimiento a un menor coste, acelerar\u00e1 su estrategia de diversificaci\u00f3n, valor a\u00f1adido y marca, al tiempo que crear\u00e1 m\u00e1s oportunidades para las comunidades en las que opera y para los m\u00e1s de 260.000 empleados en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Con una facturaci\u00f3n anual de R$ 375 mil millones, JBS opera una plataforma diversificada de prote\u00ednas y geograf\u00edas, con operaciones industriales y oficinas comerciales en 24 pa\u00edses, m\u00e1s de 330.000 clientes y exportaciones de productos a m\u00e1s de 190 pa\u00edses. Nacida en Brasil hace 70 a\u00f1os, JBS ahora emplea a casi el 60% de su fuerza laboral global en el pa\u00eds. Hay 145.000 empleados directos en las m\u00e1s de 130 unidades de producci\u00f3n de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda repartidas en todas las regiones del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n<p>Con la doble cotizaci\u00f3n, las acciones de JBS se negociar\u00e1n en la Bolsa de Valores de Nueva York (NYSE), en Estados Unidos, y en B3 S.A. &#8211; Brasil, Bolsa, Balc\u00e3o (B3), en Brasil. Los Certificados de Dep\u00f3sito Brasile\u00f1os (BDR) de Nivel II se negociar\u00e1n en B3, respaldados por acciones de Clase A que cotizan en la Bolsa de Nueva York.
