En la primera edici\u00f3n del programa, m\u00e1s de 1,5 mil postulantes de todo el pa\u00eds, entre trabajadores del sector p\u00fablico y privado, competir\u00e1n por las 60 becas ofrecidas en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>El programa creado por J&amp;F no est\u00e1 enfocado en los empleados de la empresa y tiene como objetivo difundir una cultura de cumplimiento, independientemente del \u00e1rea de operaci\u00f3n y pensando en empresas de diferentes tama\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los participantes en la primera edici\u00f3n, el 71% de los inscritos ocupaba un cargo que ten\u00eda alg\u00fan tipo de interacci\u00f3n comercial con el gobierno y el 61% ten\u00eda un posgrado.
